Wanna Go to PaLA?

No worries - there are some serious grants to get you there!

The PaLA fall conference offers a wealth of education possibilities, networking events and just plain fun!
Would you like to attend but find that your budget can't stretch to Lancaster this year?

Lucky you!  If you are a member of PaLA, you may be eligible to apply for a conference scholarship.
Boyds Mills Press  offers $500 conference scholarships to youth services librarians attending the PaLA Annual Conference for the first time.

The Brodart Company will offer conference grants ($100 for one day & $300 for full conference), for library support staff attending the PaLA Annual Conference.

An Anonymous Donor will offer one $500 conference scholarship for a youth services librarian to attend the PaLA Annual Conference.

You can find applications at www.palibraries.org.  Just click on Conference Grants and complete the online form.  Don't dawdle - application deadlines are September 10 for all awards.  Contact Anita Ditz for more information at Anitaditz(at)schlowlibrary(dot)org
